• We are a Manali based cooperative society and are in the field for more than two decades.
• We have a physical address of our office and you can meet us at our office unlike online portals that just have a query form which you have to fill and submit and they will reach you whenever they wish to and you cannot reach them in case of emergency or a dispute.
• Since all our staff is from villages around Manali, they know every aspect of the trail and will be resourceful at times of emergency.
• Since we are a cooperative society, we work for safeguarding the livelihood of our members not just for today but for tomorrow as well. We achieve that by building a strong and trustworthy relationship with our guests.
• We try to engage the guides and support team from the same region as the origin of the trek route.
• We only take bookings for 16 guests maximum, per batch. Smaller the group, safer and well served it is.
• Our guests should feel safe in the trek as we send bigger team of staff than required. After all it’s the people who are vital when you are in need of support.
• We don’t use "Fixed Camps" as compared to many other companies. All our logistics move with us. This is hygienic and gives us freedom to take decisions. Just in case. You never know.
• All our safety equipments are UIAA or equivalent certified only.
• We try our best to operate with minimum impact to the environment by following given steps…
  no unnecessary digging at campsites, take all our garbage along only to be dumped in dumpster, no camp fires, keep the water sources clean.
• Plastic is a necessary evil on mountain. We try to minimize consumption of plastics wherever possible. We also make sure that any plastic or solid waste is not dumped on the trail.
• We boast of our non accidental safe and satisfied operational history

• Since we arrange and organize all our excursions ourselves with our own equipment and logistics, you can find us a little expensive in comparison to the online portals but we are on the higher side on services and quality aspects as compared to them.
• If you wish, we can also give you a chance to stay with a local family and experience the Manali hospitality.
