Day 01: Arrival at Manali, Report at Base Camp

Day 02: Ride from Manali to Marhi

Day 03: Ride from Marhi to Sissu over Rohtang Pass (3,978 Mtrs.)

Day 04: Ride from Sissu to Jispa

Day 05: Ride from Jispa to Patseo

Day 06: Ride from Patseo to Sarchu over Baralacha Pass (4,890 Mtrs.)

Day 07: Ride from Sarchu to Whisky Nalla over Nakee la (4,769 Mtrs.)

Day 08: Ride from Whyski Nalla to Pang over Lachlung la (5,059 Mtrs.)

Day 09: Ride from Pang to Debring

Day 10: Ride from Debring to Rumptse over Tanglang la (5,328 Mtrs.)

Day 11: Ride from Rumptse to Leh

Day 12: Ride Leh - Khardung La(5,359 Mtrs. ) - Leh

Day 13: Leh - Trip ends after breakfast

Inclusions:

  • Accommodation in Manali on triple Sharing basis at base camp
  • Accommodation at Leh in a guest house on triple sharing basis
  • Mountain Bikes with helmets
  • Back up jeeps. (We will take Leh bikes and back up for Khardungla)
  • All camping arrangements including, tents, sleeping bags and mattresses. As per the itinerary
  • Kitchen jeep
  • Services of a professional cycling guide with his bike
  • Spare parts of the bikes
  • Minor breakages, daily servicing and fair wear & tear will be taken care by us and any major breakage will be billed to the concerned rider on the spot and fixed then after.
  • Services of a mountain cook with his assistants
  • All vegetarian food during the cycling expedition
  • First Aid Kit with oxygen cylinder, oxymeter and BP apparatus
  • Inclusive of all taxes (no hidden cost).
  • Forest Camping Fee

Exclusions:

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, mineral water, cold drinks, etc.
  • Personal clothing including cycling and warm clothing
  • Riding shorts, pants, shoes, t shirts, clits, head lamps, jackets, reflectors, gloves
  • Insurance and any medical expenses
  • Rescue, evacuation, hospitalization and accommodation cost if any.
  • Anything else not specifically mentioned in the "Inclusions" head above.
  • Expenses incurred due to the delay in the schedule for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

Note: Programme is subject to change as per the local weather conditions.

Essentials:

  • Wear comfortable full cotton/thermal casual to track/cargo pants.
  • Wear good waterproof trekking shoes.
  • Warm and waterproof jacket is a must.
  • All the patrons will have to carry their bags so kindly bring rucksacks and not trolleys.

Don't forget to carry your backpack with:

  • Sun hat or cap
  • Sunglasses.(UV protective)
  • Sun screen lotion(SPF30+)
  • Cold Cream.
  • Head lamp or Torch (With Extra Batteries)
  • Chocolates and dry fruits as pocket snacks.
  • Water bottle with water (minimum 3ltr per person, per day)
  • Toilet Paper & kit.
  • Personal Photo Identity(Compulsory)
  • Personal Medication(if any)
  • Note book & Pen
  • Camera with sufficient batteries and film/memory cards(optional)
  • Binoculars (optional)
  • Personal Clothing.

Basic points to keep in mind for an enjoyable excursion

  • You have to carry your rucksack and please get your stuff accordingly. And we will also issue some common training equipment that you have to carry as well. No porter back up will be available.
  • Nature is fun to explore but not a toy to exploit. Respect its harmony and maintain the balance needed to retain its beauty and treasures. Please abide the specific guidelines we share with you on the trip.
  • This trip is not a regular excursion with family and friends. It is a serious adventure as it unlocks the wonderful world of nature and brings its magic alive. Do choose the trip if you can handle the adverse situation with a smile. You also have to be mentally as well as physically fit.
  • Like all outdoor trips, this one requires basic fitness. Also, you will be responsible for taking care of your personal belongings.
  • Your experience of the trip depends on a lot of factors like the climatic conditions, your health conditions and the overall physical terrain.

Disclosures on medical conditions

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind. Please disclose any medical condition/history to the organizers of the Programme so that the best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval.
  • As organizers of the Camp, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

Note:

  • Eligibility for this Outdoor trip is 18-30 years,
  • We will try out best to follow the itinerary of the trip shared with you but bear in mind those factors out of our control that may change the schedule.

Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary; however, since this adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required.
