Day 01: Arrive at Manali. Acclimatization and shopping day in Manali.

Day 02: Trek from Manali to Lamadugh(2900 Mtrs.) 4 - 5 hrs trek

Day 03: Trek from Lamadugh to Riyali Thach(3,329 Mtrs.) 6 - 7 hrs trek

Day 04: Trek from Riyali Thach to Kalihani Base Camp(3,750 Mtrs.) 5 - 6 hrs trek

Day 05: Trek from Kalihani Base Camp to Dhonku Thach(3,900 Mtrs.) via Kalihani Pass(4,750 Mtrs.), 9 - 10 hrs trek

Day 06: Trek from Dhonku Thach to Lamapadh(3,550 Mtrs.), 6 - 7 hrs ttrek

Day 07: Trek from Lampadh to Dal ki Marhi(3,450 Mtrs.), 7 hrs trek

Day 08: Trek from Dal ki Marhi to Bara Bhangal village(2,350 Mtrs.), 7 - 8 hrs trek

Day 09: Rest Day at Bara Bhangal

Day 10: Trek from Bara Bhangal to Marhi(3,750 Mtrs.), 6 - 7 hrsTrek

Day 11: Trek from Marhi to Panihartu(3,600 Mtrs.) via Thamsar Pass (4800 Mtrs.), 7 - 8 hrs trek

Day 12: Trek from Panihartu to Rajgundha(2,390 Mtrs.), 6 - 7 hrs trek

Day 13: Trek from Rajgundha to Bir-Billing, drive to Dharamshala and drop at bus stand.

  • Any accommodation at Dharamshala
  • Food during guest house/hotel stay
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, mineral water, cold drinks, etc.
  • Personal trekking gears such as rucksack, trekking shoes and poles, mountain clothing, water bottle, water proof Polly bag for rucksack etc.
  • Portage of personal bags(offloading)
  • Insurance and any medical expenses
  • Rescue, evacuation (ground or Air) or hospitalization cost if any.
  • Anything else not specifically mentioned in the "Inclusions" head
  • Expenses incurred due to the delay/change in the schedule for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

Note: This is not a regular Himalayan Trek. This trek passes through the remote areas of Himachal Pradesh and has least human contact except for some shepherds. Outside support will take weeks to arrive and, only choice we have is to stay on schedule. So we suggest this trek to only pro trekkers and they have to be in great shape mentally and physically. The trek is very demanding and physical fitness, stamina, and endurance will be the best assets to complete this trek.

Essentials:

  • Wear comfortable full cotton/thermal casual to track/cargo pants.
  • Wear good waterproof trekking shoes.
  • Warm and waterproof jacket is a must.
  • All the patrons will have to carry their bags so kindly bring rucksacks and not trolleys.

Don't forget to carry your backpack with:

  • Sun hat or cap
  • Sunglasses.(UV protective)
  • Sun screen lotion(SPF30+)
  • Cold Cream.
  • Head lamp or Torch (With Extra Batteries)
  • Chocolates and dry fruits as pocket snacks.
  • Water bottle with water (minimum3ltrperperson,perday)
  • Toilet Paper & kit.
  • Personal Photo Identity(Compulsory)
  • Personal Medication(if any)
  • Note book & Pen
  • Camera with sufficient batteries and film/memory cards(optional)

Basic points to keep in mind for an enjoyable excursion

  • You have to carry your rucksack and please get your stuff accordingly. And we will also issue some common training equipment that you have to carry as well. No porter back up will be available.
  • Nature is fun to explore but not a toy to exploit. Respect its harmony and maintain the balance needed to retain its beauty and treasures. Please abide the specific guidelines we share with you on the trip.
  • This trip is not a regular excursion with family and friends. It is a serious adventure as it unlocks the wonderful world of nature and brings its magic alive. Do choose the trip if you can handle the adverse situation with a smile. You also have to be mentally as well as physically fit.
  • Like all outdoor trips, this one requires basic fitness. Also, you will be responsible for taking care of your personal belongings.
  • Your experience of the trip depends on a lot of factors like the climatic conditions, your health conditions and the overall physical terrain.

Disclosures on medical conditions

  • It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind. Please disclose any medical condition/history to the organizers of the Programme so that the best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval.
  • As organizers of the Camp, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

  • Eligibility for this Outdoor trip is 18-30 years,
  • We will try out best to follow the itinerary of the trip shared with you but bear in mind those factors out of our control that may change the schedule.

Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary; however, since this adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required.
