All bookings for the camps/trips/tours/treks with Manu Adventure and Tourism Development Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "manutourismcoop" are subject to the following conditions:

1. Every participant is required to read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly and fill in the booking form in capitals and in own handwriting. An "Indemnity Bond" also needs to be signed by the participant. No booking will be confirmed without it. A soft copy of the booking form and Indemnity are to be E-mailed to us and hardcopy has to be handed over to us at the base camp.
2. All the bookings will be confirmed with the full and final amount of the excursion.
3. Manutourismcoop reserves the right to alter details of the services, facilities, Camp/trip/tour/trek and vehicle described in the itinerary at any time, when deemed necessary, reasonable and advisable.
4. During the excursion, the decision of the Guide will be final and binding.
5. Maximum efforts are made to ensure the safety of the participant. But please understand there are certain hazards involved in your adventurous holidays which cannot be fore seen and you must accept at your own risk. The "society" will not be liable for any major illness, injury, death sustained during the trip, nor will it be liable for any uninsured losses of your property.
6. In case any participant falls sick during the excursion, the medical, travel, porter and any other expenses has to be borne by the concerned individual. However, primary medical facilities will be made available wherever possible.
7. Any damage, other than that attributable to fair wear and tear, to the equipments by the participants will be billed to him/her. Our decision on all such matters will be final and binding.
8. All cancellations must be in writing, signed by the participant and will be effective from the date of receipt by Manutourismcoop. Only registered E-Mail shall be used for all the correspondence.
9. Refund and cancellation: There will be no full refund.
   - If you cancel 30 days before the trip begins, MANUTOURISMCOOP will retain 25% of the trip cost.
   - If you cancel 15 days before the trip begins, MANUTOURISMCOOP will retain 50% of the trip cost.
   - If you cancel less than 15 days before the trip begins, or, are not present when the trip begins, there will be no refund. - No refund or adjustment will be made to any participant who voluntarily leaves a trip en-route.
10. Consumption of Narcotic drugs and alcohol during the excursion will terminate your trip instantly.
11. Manutourismcoop will have the right to use guest details, pictures, blogs and any other type of intellectual material related to the excursion booked with us, for its promotional purpose but cannot sell it to third party.
12. In the event of any dispute, all matters will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Manali, Himachal Pradesh and the prevailing law shall prevail.

While making your booking, it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all the booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
